Omnibut

One Abutment, Infinite Angle Corrections
The multi-unit abutment that adjusts from -30° to +30° for optimal All-On-X results.

How It Works
1. Secure the Omnibut into the Implant

Delivering the Omnibut to an implant is easy with the Omnibut Base Spline Driver.
2. Orient the Omnibut with T6 Driver

Use our T6 Driver to loosen the Orientation Screw and orient the Omnibut where you want it.
3. Use Orientation Posts to Fine Tune Positioning

Fine tune the Omnibut's angulation while checking occlusion with our Orientation Posts.
4. Fabricate the Provisional

Create a provisional prosthetic (we've heard good things about Smart Denture Conversions).

Compatibility

The listed compatibility applies only to the Omnibut and the specified implant systems.
Compatibility with an implant system does not guarantee compatibility with that system’s tools or accessories.

Eliminate Surgical Limitations
The Omnibut gives you freedom from the hex, allowing you to get the ideal angle and not have to compromise on the MUA position.
Ideal angulation means ideal screw channel locations and no more bulking up the prosthetic more than necessary.
Oh, and did we mention how easy it is to achieve parallelism?
Emergence & Peri-Implant Health
Research indicates that the abutment's emergence contours have a statistically significant effect on peri-implant health (see Implant-Abutment Emergence Angle and Profile in Relation to Peri-Implantitis: A Systematic Review).
The Omnibut features an emergence angle of less than 30° as it emerges from the implant. Pair that with an optimally contoured prosthesis, and now we’re talking happy tissue.
Simplify Your Inventory
Stop tying up cash by overstocking straight, 17°, and 30° abutments, all while hoping one will work. With the Omnibut, you can precisely adjust the angle you need without waste—saving time, money, and frustration.
Go Ahead, Butt In
We know butting in is usually considered rude, but with an upgrade this revolutionary? Sorry, straight, 17°, and 30°—we’re butting in.
It’s time to let the Omnibut join your all-on-x workflow. Once you do, you’ll wonder how you ever worked without it.
