The patient's anatomy determines the arch. The restorative plan doesn't change it.
Because the arches are designed in advance rather than built patient by patient, you get an ideal occlusion without fabricating a custom arch.

Start With SetTray
A conventional denture takes about five visits. A digital workflow takes about three. Starting with SetTray gets you to two. Every RapidArch has a matching tray — same three sizes, same three shapes, upper and lower, $25 each. Fit the tray at the first visit to confirm size and shape, then deliver the matching RapidArch at the second.

Reinforce RapidArches with a Trilor Bar
Trilor® is a fiber-reinforced composite designed to fit seamlessly as a reinforcement bar within Rapid Arches. Adding a Trilor Bar to a Rapid Arch significantly increases the strength of your provisional prosthetic, while still being easy to use during an all-on-x pickup.
