Arches Ready When You Are.
Dentures in 2 Visits or Fewer
RapidArches gets a patient to delivery in two visits, and in one when you have the arch on the shelf, whether the case is removable, overdenture, or fixed.

Three shapes. Three sizes. Nine Arch Forms.

Customized, Not Custom.
Every RapidArches product is built on the same arches: three shapes (round, tapered, square) in three sizes (small, medium, large), upper and lower.
The patient's anatomy determines the arch. The restorative plan doesn't change it.
Because the arches are designed in advance rather than built patient by patient, you get an ideal occlusion without fabricating a custom arch.

Start With SetTray
A conventional denture takes about five visits. A digital workflow takes about three. Starting with SetTray gets you to two. Every RapidArch has a matching tray — same three sizes, same three shapes, upper and lower, $25 each. Fit the tray at the first visit to confirm size and shape, then deliver the matching RapidArch at the second.
RapidArch Quick Selector
Find the right RapidArch for your patient. Start with what you can measure.
Measure the dentition
Enter both transverse measurements, or measure from a 3D scan.
Starting-point guide for clinical decision-making. Does not replace professional judgment or a physical try-in.
No teeth to measure — two ways forward
Pick the option that fits your workflow.
Estimate from the residual ridge
Measure crest-to-crest on the ridge (or on a scan / CBCT).
With no reliable reference to measure, the fastest route to an ideal fit is a chairside try-in across sizes and shapes.
The RapidArch Quick Selector runs entirely in your web browser. Measurements, case references, and any scan you load are never sent to SmartOnX.com, and nothing is saved when you leave the page.
Reinforce RapidArches with a Trilor Bar
Trilor® is a fiber-reinforced composite designed to fit seamlessly as a reinforcement bar within Rapid Arches. Adding a Trilor Bar to a Rapid Arch significantly increases the strength of your provisional prosthetic, while still being easy to use during an all-on-x pickup.
All Rapid Arches have been prepped with space to accommodate a Trilor Bar. Use the table below to find the Trilor Bar that matches your Rapid Arch shape and size.

Getting Started with RapidArches
Download the quick reference guide to see the workflow with the SetTray & SetArch end to end, from chairside selection to finished prosthesis.
Seven steps across two pages. Arch selection and fit, final impression and jaw relation records, flasking and indexing, injection of the denture base, and deflasking through verification.
