Smart On X sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided a mobile number and consented to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Messages relate to orders and shipping, product and protocol support, scheduling training or consultations, and follow-up on open requests. Messages are sent by members of our sales and customer success team.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Smart On X does not charge for text messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Smart On X. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is collected separately from consent for phone calls or email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile phone numbers.
