This patented, two-piece design changes how screw-retained provisionals are made:
- The Direct Separable Fastener is inserted into the temporary abutment.
- The abutment and fastener are placed into the implant and picked up as one unit.
- As the provisional is removed, the fastener separates:
- The PEEK Cap and abutment stay captured inside the provisional.
- The Threaded Post stays behind in the implant.
- Now, the screw channel can be created precisely — outside the mouth.
- Finish, polish, and deliver. Strong, clean, and fully retrievable.
