SetArch is a set of milled teeth. No base, no flange — just the teeth, milled as a matched set so the occlusion is already right when it reaches the lab.
SetArch comes in the same 18 forms as the rest of the Rapid Arches line: three sizes (small, medium, large) in three shapes (round, tapered, square), for both upper and lower. Between them they fit the majority of edentulous patients. Pick the form that matches the patient and skip the tooth setup entirely.
Because the forms are shared across the line, SetArch pairs directly with SetTray. Capture the final impression and set tooth position with the tray, then send the matching SetArch to the lab for processing.
