Earlier this year, Smart Denture Conversions filed a lawsuit against Straumann USA for infringing U.S. Patent No. 11,937,992. On December 12, 2024, the Court upheld the patent’s validity and denied Straumann’s motion to dismiss. The case proceeds, with a pretrial conference set for January 31, 2025.
