RapidArches: The Family Is Growing
Three new products join RapidArches, and the arch you already know is now called ReadyArch, part of the RapidArches family.

What's New
RapidArches started with a single question: if you already know where the teeth belong, why rebuild them from scratch every time? Nine arch forms answered that for the arch you pick up at surgery.
The same answer applies at every other point in the case. It applies when you take the impression. It applies when the lab sets teeth on an articulator because there was no faster way to get them into position. It applies to a removable denture just as much as a fixed one.
So the line now has three more products: SetTray, SetArch, and MonoArch, each carrying the same nine forms into a different part of the workflow. Nothing about the arch forms changed. What changed is you now have different tools for different uses.
Removable, Overdenture, Fixed
Three modalities, one set of forms. A conventional denture runs five or six appointments. RapidArches gets a case to delivery in as few as two, and it does it the same way regardless of which modality you are treating: by settling tooth position early and never having to establish it again. First visit is consultation. Second is delivery.

Two visits assumes something has to ship between them. When SetTray and a finishing arch, ReadyArch or MonoArch, are already on the shelf in the form that patient needs, the case can be delivered in a single appointment. Select the form, set position and take the impression, then finish and deliver the same day.
What you keep on hand decides how many times the patient comes back.
You are not choosing a product and then choosing an arch form. You choose the form for the patient, then choose how you want to deliver it.
Three shapes: round, tapered, square. Three sizes: small, medium, large. Nine forms, each available upper and lower. Between them they are designed to fit the majority of edentulous patients.
That set is identical across all four products. A medium tapered upper is the same medium tapered upper whether it arrives as a tray, a set of milled teeth, a printed arch, or a finished milled arch. The tooth positions match. The occlusion matches. A case that changes direction mid-treatment does not have to start its arch selection over.

All your records. One impression.
An impression tray with a repositionable printed arch built into it. Capture the final impression and set definitive tooth position in the same appointment — esthetics, VDO, and occlusion, all chairside, all verified with the patient in front of you. This is the visit that usually costs you two or three.

Milled teeth, ready to set.
A set of milled teeth. No base, no flange — just the teeth, milled as a matched set so the occlusion is already correct when it reaches the lab. It takes the tooth setup out of denture fabrication entirely, and it pairs directly with SetTray.

The product you already know. A complete milled arch, finished and ready to pick up at the time of surgery — no tooth setup, no custom fabrication, no second appointment to set esthetics. Nothing about the arch has changed. The name did, so that the line and the product inside it stop sharing one word.

Each product answers the same question a little further along in the case: where do the teeth belong?
SetTray answers it with the patient in the chair, physically, before any fabrication starts. SetArch carries that answer to the lab as a milled set. MonoArch and ReadyArch deliver it as a finished arch, printed or milled, ready to go into service.
You do not have to use all four, and most cases will not. The point is that whichever one you reach for, you are working from the same nine forms.
A case that starts with a tray and ends with a milled arch never has to re-establish tooth position along the way.
