Start With Impression Trays
A conventional denture takes about five visits. A digital workflow takes about three. Starting with an Impression Tray gets you to two. Every Rapid Arch has a matching tray — same three sizes, same three shapes, upper and lower, $25 each. Fit the tray at the first visit to confirm size and shape, then deliver the matching Rapid Arch at the second.
$450 Sizes Every Patient
The full set of 18 Impression Trays runs $450 — enough to size any edentulous patient who walks in, with no arch inventory at all. A single case can recover that in saved chair time and lab fees.
Reinforce Any Rapid Arch with a Trilor Bar
Trilor® is a fiber-reinforced composite designed to fit seamlessly as a reinforcement bar within Rapid Arches. Adding a Trilor Bar to a Rapid Arch significantly increases the strength of your provisional prosthetic, while still being easy to use during an all-on-x pickup.
