Shipping
Any Order placed before 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) will ship the same day. Orders received after 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) will ship out the following business day. Larger orders may require additional time for processing.
During times of high shipping volumes and weather, many carriers experience delivery delays. To reduce issues, please select a shipping option for your products to arrive early, as Smart On X is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
All items can be shipped to any location within the United States and Canada, with international destinations coming soon.
United States Shipping options
- Customer Pickup - Customer to pick up order at the Apex, NC office within 3 business days of order
- FedEx 2-Day – 2-3 Business Days, Delivered by End of Day (M-F)
- FedEx Standard Overnight – Next Business Day, delivered by 4:30pm for Businesses and 8pm for Residences (M-F)
- FedEx Priority Overnight – Next Business Day, delivered by 10:30am for most Businesses and Noon for Residences (M-F)
- FedEx First Overnight – Next Business Day, delivered by 8am, 8:30am, 9am or 9:30am to most areas. Additional extended delivery locations by 2pm. (M-F)
Canada Shipping Options
- UPS Standard - Typically 3-7 Business Days, delivered by End of Day (M-F)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - Typically 2-5 Business Days, delivered by End of Day (M-F)
- UPS Worldwide Saver - Typically 1-3 Business Days, delivered by End of Day (M-F)
- UPS Worldwide Express - Typically 1-3 Business Days, delivered by 10:30am, Noon or 3pm to most areas (M-F)
Contact Us if you have questions about shipping. Due to carrier polices, Smart On X must be notified of any late or missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns
If you need to return new, unopened item(s), please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for returning the item(s) from your order.
Upon approval, you may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund (minus shipping and $50 restocking fee). The shipping and restocking fees will only be waved if the return is a result of our error (ie. receipt of incorrect or defective item). Once returnable items are received, a refund or store credit will be issued, based on the situation.
If you need to return defective item(s), please Contact Us and provide photo(s) of defective parts, item lot number and a brief description of your claim. We will respond quickly to replace your item(s) at no cost to you, and provide instructions for how to return defective item(s) from your order.
