Shipping
  • Any Order placed before 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) will ship the same day. Orders received after 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) will ship out the following business day. Larger orders may require additional time for processing. 
  • During periods of heavy shipping demand or severe weather, many carriers may encounter delays in deliveries. To reduce issues, please select a shipping option for your products to arrive early, as Smart On X is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
  • All items can be shipped to any location within the United States and most within Canada, with more international destinations coming soon.

United States Shipping options

  • Customer Pickup - Customer to pick up order at the Apex, NC office within 3 business days of order.
  • FedEx 2-Day – 2-3 Business Days, delivered by End of Day (M-F).
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Next business day, delivered by 4:30pm for businesses and 8pm for residences (M-F).
  • FedEx Priority Overnight – Next business day, delivered by 10:30am for most businesses and noon for residences (M-F).
  • FedEx First Overnight – Next business day, delivered by 8am, 8:30am, 9am or 9:30am to most areas. Additional extended delivery locations by 2pm. (M-F).

Acrylic Shipping within the United States

(All Acrylic purchases will be shipped FedEx Ground)

  • FedEx Ground - Day-definite delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days).

Canadian Shipping Options

  • UPS Standard - Typically 3-7 business days, delivered by End of Day (M-F).
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - Typically 2-5 business days, delivered by end of day (M-F).
  • UPS Worldwide Saver - Typically 1-3 business days, delivered by end of day (M-F).
  • UPS Worldwide Express - Typically 1-3 business days, delivered by 10:30am, noon or 3pm to most areas (M-F).

Due to carrier polices, Smart On X must be notified of any late or missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns

Returns – Unopened Items (within 30 Days)

  • New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to ensure they are linked to the correct customer and order.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you would like us to provide a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • To request a return, please contact us and provide:
  • Order Number
  • Part Number, Lot Number, and Quantity
  • Reason for Return
  • Whether a Return Label is requested
  • Verify the package(s) are unopened

Once your request is reviewed, a RMA will be emailed to you. Please include this with your return package. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund or store credit will be issued, depending on the circumstances. Note: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped), all shipping and restocking fees will be waived.

Customer Complaints

If you experience an issue with one of our products, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Part Number, Lot Number, and Quantity
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product in question

Once your complaint is reviewed, we will provide resolution options, which may include replacements or a refund and instructions for returning the affected product.
