Overview
The Pre-Coated Premium Starter Bundle includes the components and tools needed to perform Smart Denture Conversions with Pre-Coated TiBases. Each Pre-Coated TiBase arrives encased in a polycarbonate shell with the threaded post pre-assembled inside, so there is no manual pre-coating step before pick-up.
The bundle pairs 10 Pre-Coated TiBases with matching lab analogs, prosthetic screws and chairside instruments, plus Rapid Set Pickup Acrylic and two Single Arch Dam Conversion Kits for isolation during pick-up.

Configuring Your Bundle
- Pre-Coated TiBase – Choose the standard Pre-Coated TiBase, or the Extended Thread version, which has a longer threaded post for Straumann compatibility.
- Lab Analogs – Choose SDC Default (M1.4x0.3) or Omnibut (M1.6x0.2).
- Prosthetic Screws – Choose SDC Default, Straumann or Omnibut to match the multi-unit abutment system you are restoring.
Driver Information
- Threaded Post – Tighten with T5 (SDC Low Torque Driver)
- Prosthetic Screw
- SDC Default – M1.4x0.3 Thread – Tighten with a Unigrip Driver (Nobel)
- Straumann – M1.4x0.3 Thread – Tighten with an SCS Driver (Straumann)
- Omnibut – M1.6x0.2 Thread – Tighten with a T6 or SCS Driver (Omnibut)
Note: Omnibut Prosthetic Screws have a larger diameter and finer thread than most industry-standard prosthetic screws, so they may not be compatible with some tools and accessories commonly used in dental offices.
