The Pre-Coated TiBase is the second generation of Smart Denture Conversions (SDC). Enclosed in a polycarbonate shell, it eliminates the need for pre-coating and removes the peek cap used in SDC 1.0.

It features a break-away post that allows for easy placement onto the multi-unit abutment. After seating, the post snaps off cleanly, leaving the TiBase in position. Inside the TiBase is the threaded post—the lower portion of a Separable Fastener—already seated and ready for pick-up.

Use your standard pick-up protocol: the TiBase becomes part of the provisional, while the threaded post remains behind in the multi-unit abutment.
