MonoArch is a monolithic printed arch — teeth and base in one piece, with no seam and no bonded interface to fail. It's printed from a nano-ceramic hybrid resin engineered for fracture toughness, so it stands up to full-arch function.
MonoArch comes in the same 18 forms as the rest of the Rapid Arches line: three sizes (small, medium, large) in three shapes (round, tapered, square), for both upper and lower. Between them they fit the majority of edentulous patients. Match the right form to the patient instead of building a custom arch.
Arches are sold individually. A dual-arch case takes two — one upper and one lower. Restoring a single arch takes just the one.

Estimate from the residual ridge
Measure crest-to-crest on the ridge (or on a scan / CBCT).
Edentulous → Chairside try-in
Recommended path
Physical try-in
With no reliable reference to measure, the fastest route to an ideal fit is a chairside try-in across sizes and shapes.
The RapidArch Quick Selector runs entirely in your web browser. Measurements, case references, and any scan you load are never sent to SmartOnX.com, and nothing is saved when you leave the page.
