Overview
This 2-inch-wide PTFE tape acts as a protective barrier during the multi-unit abutment registration process for Smart Denture Conversions. Designed to be cut into smaller pieces, the tape is placed over multi-unit abutments (MUAs) to shield them during registration. Once the bite registration material is loaded into the prosthetic, the prosthetic is seated over the MUAs to accurately capture their location without contaminating or damaging the abutments.
