Our website offers a new login experience that does not use a password.

New Login Process

SmartOnX.com is implementing a new and improved way to access accounts that does not use passwords.

To login, simply enter your email and you will be emailed a 6-digit code.  The 6-digit code, (in essence), acts as your password.  Enter the code that was emailed to you, and you will be granted access to your account.

The login process will be the same each time you login to your SmartOnX.com account.  This updated login process eliminates the need to remember a password while improving security.  A SmartOnX.com account is required to purchase Smart On X products through our site.

2 Account Types

We now offer two types of customer accounts through our online store: single-user or shared company accounts.  A SmartOnX.com account is required to buy through SmartOnX.com.

Single-User accounts are for individuals seeking to place an order on their own and only require an email.  Single-User accounts are easy to create and are the fastest way to place an order through SmartOnX.com.  Single-User accounts have been created for existing SmartDentureConversions.com customers.

Shared Company
accounts are for offices or organizations wanting to share purchasing information with multiple staff members.  Shared Company accounts make it possible to share order history and payment methods amongst staff members.  Shared Company accounts can even be set up to have multiple locations, and to assign administrator and ordering privileges per user and location.  Shared Company accounts are easy to setup, but do require approval from a Smart On X team member.

Single User Accounts

Single-User accounts are the standard account type you find on most e-commerce websites.  As the name implies, they are intended to be used by one user and can only be linked to a single email address.  Single-User accounts require only an email to be created and once created, you can begin ordering through SmartOnX.com immediately.

Single-user accounts are created and logged into by following the process shown in the "New Login Process" section above.

Shared Company Accounts

Shared Company accounts make it possible for an office to have multiple users linked to the same account.  Companies with multiple offices can even set up multiple locations and assign users to different locations, with different permission levels, (administrator or ordering only).

Company accounts offer features including:

  • Unify numerous users/email addresses under a single account
  • Set up users and user roles (administrator or ordering permissions)
  • View the company order history
  • Share payment methods
  • Set up multiple locations with their own user roles and order histories

Company accounts require approval from a member of the Smart On X team. Approval is easy but may take up to 48 hours. Once a company account is created, users on that account follow the same login process as single-user accounts.

If you're not certain what type of account you should set up, go ahead and start with a single-user account.  Your single-user account can always be upgraded to a shared company account later.

What Happens to SmartDentureConversions.com Accounts?

For customers with a SmartDentureConversions.com account, a Smart On X account has been created for you. SmartDentureConversions.com customers' should have received an email from SmartOnX.com with a link to login to your Smart On X account.  If you did not receive an email from SmartOnX.com, please check your spam/junk folder.  If you need the email resent to you, please contact us.
 
Once logged in, we ask SmartDentureConversions.com customers to verify that information in their new accounts is accurate.  Please verify addresses, phone numbers, etc.  To ensure a seamless transition, the sooner you can verify your account details, the better.

SmartDentureConversions.com will become inactive on Friday, August 30, 2024.  Any accounts through SmartDentureConversions.com will also become inactive on that date.
