We are excited to introduce Rapid Arches - pre-designed, full arch solutions created to fit the majority of edentulous patients. With 9 options across three sizes (small, medium, large) and three arch shapes (round, tapered, square), finding the right fit has never been easier or more efficient. Rapid Arches are complete, ready-to-use arches—no need to assemble individual teeth. Made from durable, stain-resistant PMMA and featuring a built-in gradient for a natural aesthetic, they’re engineered for ideal occlusion and long-term performance.

Each arch is designed to deliver surgical-quality results right at the time of surgery with minimal modifications. The flange serves as a bone reduction guide, the trough aligns MUAs, and every arch is compatible with a Trilor Reinforcement Bar. Because they’re consult-ready, you can have the ideal solution prepared before the patient even walks in.
